1. Return Request Period and Valid Reasons

Return period:
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the product delivery date.

Valid return reasons:

  • Incorrect product, size, or color sent
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incomplete product delivery

Note: Products specially made to customer specifications (color, size, label customization, etc.) are only eligible for return in case of manufacturing defects.

2. How to Apply for a Return?

Please contact us with a message including the following information to request a return:

  • Order/invoice number
  • Photos clearly showing the product
  • Brief explanation (reason for return)

After reviewing your return request, if approved, a special Return Approval Number will be provided to you.

3. Product Shipment and Conditions

Approved return products must be sent in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags attached to the following address:

Note: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Only shipments made via contracted carriers are accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

The following cases are excluded from returns:

  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Products with removed tags
  • Requests made after 14 days
  • Custom-made products (color, size, etc.)
  • Products given as part of campaigns or promotions

5. Product Exchange

Exchange requests due to size or color are free of charge, subject to stock availability.

6. Missing or Incorrect Products

Notifications regarding missing, incorrect, or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of order delivery. After approval following review, the correct product will be resent free of charge.
